The store was clean and they had all the chicken from the menu just waiting to go home with you. Bailey Rd was questionable in terms of cleanliness and they were always out of something. I brought my chicken home and it was delicious as were the rice and beans. I really could have gone back the next day but my husband didnt want chicken 2 days in a row. Just recalling it now makes me want to go tomorrow. Golden brown and really crunchy without being dry. Better than KFC and Popeyes. Next time Ill buy more pieces. Didnt like that a customer didnt get an order of fries so he ask for sauce and said he would have to pay for it I mean you could have given the sauce since you didnt have enough fries for his order I just thought it was a little petty if you ask me whats a few sauces to insure a customer returns. Customer service definitely needs work at most of the eaterys today. Lots of places just dont care about the service.
